Their goal for 2020 is to help more people whether it's a high-dollar dispute or just listening. Everything starts with a call!
If you need help with a consumer problem, they may not be able to help in every case, but give them a try.
Volunteers answer the hotline from 11am to 1pm, Monday through Thursday.
