I tried it with my great room just to test it out, and it was a lot of fun!

It's also great if you are looking at homes and are trying to figure out how your furniture might work in a new house. 

I had a friend who had used the cut and paste method.  It would be like playing paper dolls - she would cut out all her furniture pieces and then draw out a floorplan and push her furniture around.  This takes all the paper cuts out of the equation!
