65% increase in the average sales price of homes sold
58% increase in the number of days on market to get home sold
13% decline in number of new construction permits

Hamilton County
Stagnant number of homes sold
6% increase in average sales price of homes sold

55% increase in new construction permits

Hancock County
24% increase in number of homes sold
