Good news for buyers - not such good news for sellers!!!
Median Home Prices Post Drop
The Indiana Association of Realtors (IAR) says the median price of a home in most of the state dropped 4.3 percent in May, compared to the same month a year earlier. The IAR Indiana Real Estate Markets Report for May also shows a nearly 20 percent drop in the number of units sold. IAR says Adams, Huntington and Vanderburgh counties were some of the areas that posted increases in May sales and median price.
